Effect:

A card is randomly picked out from the deck by a member of the audience. The card is then returned to the top of the deck. Now, cut the deck, and the card is found again by the magician.

Procedure:

1. All you have to do in this trick is to have a sneak peek of the bottom card.
2. Once the spectator chooses a card and returns it to the top of the deck, do a complete cut of the deck, leaving the bottom card on top of the deck.
3. You can start looking for the chosen card by counting off the cards from the top, and flipping the cards up until you see what used to be the bottom card, then you will know that the next one is the chosen card.
